Celebrating Culinary Adventures from October 1 — November 14, 2010
In 2009, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, presented by Vanity Fair, makes its grand return, transforming the theme park into a destination filled with the world’s tastiest regional foods and drinks, rockin’ concerts, and unforgettable sensory experiences. Guests will delight in tantalizing new additions — from the robust and exotic flavors of Rio de Janeiro and Bangkok to world-class performers like Richard Marx, Billy Ocean and Vanessa Carlton… who will take the stage at the Festival for the very first time!
The sessions are from Tuesday, July 27 through Friday, July 30, 9:30AM to 12:30PM, with lunch included. A second week is tentatively scheduled for August (because students from last year want to participate again - and Chef Tom is cooking up a new menu for them).
Spark Woodfire Grill is located in downtown Huntington Beach at PCH close to Main Street
(300 Pacific Coast Highway)
The cost is $195.

The popular Easter brunch buffet, offered on Sunday, April 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., will feature a full buffet with a wide variety of options, including items from an egg and omelet station, featuring local, cage-free eggs; and a deluxe carving station with certified Angus beef tri-tip and Diestel free-range turkey breast.
