Yes, a fire recently gutted our Anza office, but today we‘re stronger than ever, with growing service centers, new clients, and a beautifully rebuilt space at Anza Rentals. And, we are proud to announce our new event professionals – including Howard Tabackman and Jose Zuniga – who will help lead us through the next three years.

The class utilizes hands-on instruction and will include tips on finding the best resources to help you at every step along the way. The faculty includes a blend of educators, professionals from the food industry, and successful entrepreneurs who all have a passion for helping you build the next sustainable and profitable food company.
