Chef-owners Amelia and Florent Marneau will celebrate the third anniversary of their critically-acclaimed restaurant, Marché Moderne, with a ten day celebration of Spain’s renowned culinary traditions: tapas, cured meats, paella, rare sherries, wine and sangria. To complement the theme, weekends will feature spirited Spanish flamenco guitar and dance.
The contemporary French bistro, located at The Penthouse at South Coast Plaza, level three, will offer the creative Spanish menu at dinner only from Tuesday April 22nd through Saturday, May 1st.
The Spanish theme will be carried out with dramatic entertainment on the weekends. Gitana Blanca will perform with acoustic guitar by Richard Ogilby and flamenco singing and dancing by La Fragua. The duo will play two sets per evening, on Friday and Saturday (April 23-24; April 30-May 1).
Seating for the ten nights of Marché Moderne’s third anniversary Spanish dinner is limited and reservations are necessary. Please call (714) 434-7900; dinner service begins at 5:30 PM.
