Zimzala announces Executive Chef Vincent Muraco

Zimzala announces Executive Chef Vincent Muraco and Food & Beverage Director, Sean Crume. Consultant on the menu from concept, to menu planning, recipe development  and training is Consulting Chef Joyce Goldstein, esteemed chef, cookbook author and restaurateur. Muraco, joins Zimzala from Miami, where he worked at Vix restaurant and was well-known for his inventive international cuisine. Zimzala, at the Shorebreak Hotel, downtown Huntington Beach offers shared platters of rustic Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood, surf-inspired décor, and free-spirited good times. The planned opening is April.
