Fleming’s NPB Celebrates 10 years with a Culinary Competition

To commemorate Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar’s 10th anniversary, the Fashion Island-based restaurant is sponsoring a Culinary Competition with a $10,000 purse.  Applicants must be actively enrolled and pursuing a degree in a culinary school professional cooks program in fall of 2008 at one of four Orange County schools, including Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, the Art Institute of California, Orange County, Cypress College and Laguna Culinary Arts.
