The Hilton Anaheim has hired Carlos Acosta as their new Food & Beverage Director, who will lead the team as they complete their renovation and prepare for the opening of new outlets. Acosta, who was most recently with the Mission Inn in Riverside, was named 2008’s Food & Beverage Director of the Year by the Southern California Restaurant Writer’s Association.
