In celebration of Bastille Day, Marche Moderne will be serving the much beloved Bouillabaisse Marseillaise, which is a rich, seafood stew from the South of France. The seafood will be flown in fresh everyday from the Nice, Marseilles, and Toulon regions of France to encompass the pure French experience.

Chef Marneau&rsquos version is made with rouget, Saint Pierre, dorade grise, rascasse and sche, plus octopus, scallops, mussels, clams and shrimp. Seafood may change from day to day depending on the catch. The regional specialty contains fennel, potato and tomate rti and is finished with an aromatic broth. Chef’s accompaniments served on the side are rouille, croutons, basil-scented tomato tartare, fennel pollen emulsion, lemon-garlic emulsion and tapenade.

$50 per person, served only at dinner
