Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat. Place Feuilletine in bowl, drizzle with chocolate mixture; toss until thoroughly coated. Roll mixture out between sheets of parchment paper until it is about 1/4-inch thick. Refrigerate until set. Using a 1 3/4-inch round cutter, cut out disks.
