Join us in this rare opportunity to celebrate the legend of Beaujolais Nouveau paired with an enjoyable farm-to-table French dinner by Executive Chef Castan of Motif Restaurant at The St. Regis Monarch Beach. The evening’s soiree will begin on the Sunset Terrace of Motif with fresh farmer’s market bruschetta, an oyster station, and artisanal cheese tasting. Then, the unveiling of this year’s Beaujolais Nouveau will take place, followed by Chef Castan’s five-course menu inspired by French wines and Lyon, the gourmet city of France.
