SOL Cocina – Newport Beach will present a different kind of tequila dinner as it partners with Partida Tequila to present a Summer Margarita Dinner. Executive Chef Deborah Schneider has created a special menu of her contemporary Coastal Mexican cuisine to complement the flavors of four original margaritas, handcrafted by Partida Mixologist Jacques Bezuidenhout.Perfect for the novice tequila drinker and the connoisseur, alike, this dinner will introduce guests to learn the intricacies in flavor, aroma and aging processes of Partida Tequila. Guests will have the opportunity to witness Mixologist Bezuidenhout as he creates each drink for guests, and also enjoy a special flight tasting of Tequila Partida expressions led by special guest Sofia Partida.
