At Sage on the Coast we know a thing or two about love. We also understand that romantic encounters often flourish with a glass of wine. Wine is the fertilizer of the heart, the elixir of Eros. One may warm to glorious sunsets, cozy candlelit dinners and stargazing on a summer night, but it is the synaptic sensations of the palate which cause the soul to salivate – the lilting aroma, the tingling sensation on the lips, the lingering finish.
This month our February wine tasting falls on Valentine ‘ weekend. We feel it is our duty to provide a menu, sumptuous and savory, sensate and seductive. The menu is printed to the right. We expect nothing less than absolute synergy.
