Bamboo Izakaya is hosting a tasting of this year’s “Arabashiri” sake spring release. Rated the “best year ever” by Masumi Master Brewer Kenji Nasu, this new sake release will be poured along with samples of the restaurant’s junmai, ginjo, and daiginjo labels from Masumi. A selection of Bamboo Izakaya’s signature small plates will also be served.
