Current Culinary Institute of America student Courtney Hamblin won a $5,000 scholarship for her entry in the Fast and Fabulous recipe contest, hosted by the culinary school, HMS Host and Cholula Hot Sauce. Hamblin’s baked mini turkey meatballs feature Cholula barbecue sauce and will be added to HMS Host restaurant menus later this year.
