1 Head Savoy Cabbage
1 Carrot julienned
1/2 C Sambal Oelek
1 T Fish sauce
1/4 C Mirin
2 T Sugar
1 T Ginger finely chopped
Roasted Cashews – for garnish
Chili threads – for garnish
Chili oil – for drizzle
Finely chop cabbage, combine with carrots
Marinade cabbage for at least 30 minutes before serving
Garnish with roasted cashews and chili threads
Drizzle with chili oil
Sambal Pickled Savoy Cabbage
The pickled cabbage plays on spicy, sweet, and savory flavor profiles.
