Like before, this one takes place at a local “Urban Farm” called the Spring Street Farm Project. The attendance for the night will be limited to 20 people and will feature a seasonal and very farm fresh menu.
The menu will consist of 5 courses with most of the ingredients coming directly from the farm. The farm grows a wide variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs and is also home to chickens, ducks and geese so fresh eggs are always available.
The evening begins with a Champagne tour of the gardens while you enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres. After which, all guests are seated and Chef Louise prepares 5 of the freshest courses possible right before your eyes. Guests are encouraged to bring a special bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner and share with newly made friends.

Bring any wine (or beer) that you would like to have with your dinner (sharing will make the dinner even more fun), and be sure to wear appropriate clothes for dining outside including shoes that will allow you to walk through the garden.
