The oc mart MiX, a marketplace for gourmet foods, coffee and wine with over 30 shops under one roof and purveyors of all things good, is expanding their gourmet food shops with The Cheese Shop at The MiX, which will offer specialty cheese, accouterments and more.
The Cheese Shop at The MiX will offer a unique selection of domestic cheeses, charcuterie, gourmet accouterments, home goods, and daily grab-and-go sandwiches. “The location is a superb fit,” says Dawn Mednick, who is one of the operating partners of The Cheese Shop along with Sherrie Jordan. The Cheese Shop at The MiX is a sister shop to The Cellar which opened in 2008.
“The Cheese Shop is the perfect addition to The MiX,” says Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort – Newport Beach Young, the owner of The Paper House and the storeowner who spearheaded the oc mart MiX. “People love to come to The MiX for our gourmet food, wine and coffee shops and The Chesses Shop will be no exception. The cheese selection is amazing and the sandwiches are just what The MiX has needed.”
