Chef Bruno Morin who took over Bistro de la Gare six months ago, is already becoming an icon in this quaint South Pasadena location. Born into a family of culinarians, Bruno started cooking at an early age. At 18 he joined La Tour Montparnassse followed by Pres Catalan. He moved to the USA to join the ranks of L’Orangerie and later joined forces with Chef Antonio Tomasi. He than opened his first restaurant named Mezzanote in Chicago. Last year Chef Bruno decided to make his come back to California when the perfect opportunity presented itself.
