WHAT: THE LARDER AT BURTON WAY, Suzanne Goin & Caroline Styne’s popular neighborhood marketplace-restaurant in Los Angeles, welcomes international cheese importer Michele Buster of Forever Cheese for a personalized tasting of her favorite selections that are carried at THE LARDER AT BURTON WAY as well as Suzanne and Caroline’s other businesses. Forever Cheese specializes in premier Italian, Spanish and Croatian cheeses, charcuterie and epicurean products.

Forever Cheese debuted in 1998 by Founders Michele Buster and Pierluigi Sini in order to meet the increasing demand for Mediterranean products. Forever Cheese focuses primarily on cheese but is constantly evolving to include more specialty foods to better serve the American market. Buster and Sini personally hand select each item directly from their producers, worldwide. Forever Cheese has enjoyed a long professional relationship with Suzanne Goin and Caroline Styne for many years with the company’s products featured in all of their restaurants. Besides THE LARDER AT BURTON WAY, Forever Cheese products can be found at Eataly, Murray’s Cheeses and other acclaimed culinary retailers.

Caroline Styne will curate wine pairings for the evening at a supplement.
