Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is celebrating Valentine’s Day for three nights on February 13, 14 and 15 by offering a mouthwatering two-course prix fixe menu plus a complimentary amuse bouche. Guests will have an the opportunity to indulge in exquisitely prepared Filet Mignon paired with a choice of an 8-oz Lobster Tail ($69.95) or Pecan Crusted Salmon ($59.95). The traditional Fleming’s a la carte menu will also be available.

Dinner begins with an amuse of pan-seared scallop served over a light goat cheese polenta with fresh chives and seared grape tomatoes. First course is choice of Fleming’s Salad or Modern Caesar. Entree selection is a petite Filet Mignon served with a baked blue crab and Bearnaise sauce and Fleming’s potatoes paired with a choice of Pecan Crusted Salmon with fennel mustard sauce for $59.95 or an 8-oz. Lobster Tail with drawn butter for $69.95. Guests may start the evening with Fleming’s featured cocktail, French Kiss 75 for $10 and end the night with a chef-inspired housemade cinnamon sugar doughnuts with lemon custard and blueberry dipping sauce for $9.95.
