The six-course prix-fixe menu includes Oysters on the Half Shell with mignonette, lemon, and tabasco; the restaurant’s signature Salmon Rillettes with red onion, watercress, and lemon aioli; housemade Lobster Ravioli with goat cheese, basil, and bisque-style stew of peppers; Pan Seared Scallops with hon shimeji mushrooms, sauteed spinach, and celeriac remoulade; a choice of roasted duck or chicken; and Raspberry Eat n Mess with crème Chantilly and meringue for dessert.
