Costa Mesa, March 2014 In honor of National Grilled Cheese Month in April, Shuck Oyster Bar will present four specials to appeal to every Grilled Cheese Lover! The Classic New England Oyster House with a California twist, which has become known for delivering a shellfish experience unlike any in the region, will shift focus from its incredible selection of seasonal oysters to the following four interpretations of the classic Grilled Cheese created by Chef Noah Blom:
