An Evening with Michael Mina

You’re invited to a private dining event with Michelin-starred chef, Michael Mina, at the Forbes Four-Star Stonehill Tavern at The St. Regis Monarch Beach. James Beard Award-winning chef, Michael Mina, alongside Stonehill Tavern’s Executive Chef Raj Dixit, will create a four-course menu composed of his greatest hits. You will enjoy the classic Ahi Tuna Tartare, the famed Maine Lobster Pot Pie – both prepared tableside as well as the succulent and tender Wagyu Beef, and the delectable dessert trolley cart. This once-in-a-lifetime, intimate dining experience will be held on Thursday, May 22, with reservations accepted for seating between 6pm and 9pm.
