Experience the seventh evening of the tour with refined and delectable food and wine from France on Friday, September 12 at 7 pm. During this private winemaker event, you will enjoy a four-course dinner of dishes meticulously paired by Niel McNalley, expert sommelier, with four regional wines of France. The four-course dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Doctulero will include crispy loup de mer with grape confit, broiled prawns with chili-mint pesto, kobe beef tartare with roasted mushrooms, and hand carved tomahawk steak with peppercorn sauce. This special wine dinner featuring classical decor and music also inspired by France – is priced at $200 per person or $350 per couple, including tax and gratuity.
