HopScotch, Orange County’s premier destination for crafted American cuisine, craft beer, and whiskey, announces its first annual Father’s Day “Pig & Whiskey” pig roast.
Priced at $24.99, the event will feature the roast of a whole pig which was recently selected from Devil’s Gulch Ranch, a family farm located in Marin County. In addition to cuts of pork, guests will enjoy traditional barbecue sides as well as a serving of pork-infused Four Roses bourbon.
Pig & Whiskey is scheduled to begin at11 amon Father’s Day (Sunday, June 15). Brunch (offered from9 am-3 pm) as well as a children’s menu will also be available. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling (714) 871-2222.
