While taking advantage of this special holiday treat, guests will be able to enjoy all of Kabuki’s classic menu items and cocktails prepared byExecutive Corporate Chef Masa Kurihara, a classically trained chef who has dedicated over twenty years to creating innovative Japanese fusion dishes andMaster Sake Sommelier Yuji Matsumoto, one of only two Master Sake Sommeliers recognized by the Sake Service Institute of Japan currently in North America.
When eating sushi in a restaurant, Chef Masa and Yuji recommend going light on the soy sauce and wasabi to avoid overpowering the flavor of the dish, always remember to begin your meal with a hearty “Kanpai!” and make sure to pour sake for others first and then yourself.
