Red, White, and Blue at the Estate Club

A patriot’s venture into aged wines. Come and help decide the age old question, “Does blue cheese pair best with aged red wine or a sweeter white wine?” They’ll present the wines and cheeses, and you’ll be the judge. Start with a mini tour of the winery and then enjoy a sit down tasting in the winery…away from the crowded tasting rooms. They’ll also give you some summer recipes using blue cheese and a little history on how blue cheese came to be. Reservations are required with a credit card.
