Wine Pairing Dinner With Orin Swift Cellars

Tam O’Shanter, a member of the Lawry’s family of restaurants and one of the oldest restaurants in Los Angeles, is hosting a unique Orin Swift Cellars Pairing Dinner on Thursday, August 7 at 6:30pm. The evening’s lineup will feature four of its unforgettable award-winning wines (2012 Mannequin, 2012 Abstract, 2012 Palermo and 2012 Machete), all of which will be paired with four mouth-watering courses created by the Tam’s Executive Chef, Mark Kalenderian.

Orin Swift Cellars was founded by winemaster David Phinney in 1998; Orin is his father’s middle name and Swift is his mother’s maiden name. With two tons of zinfandel and not much else, Phinney spent the next decade making wine for others as well as for himself while growing the company into a multinational brand that now includes 300 acres of vineyards in the Southwest of France.

A representative will be on hand to answer questions and talk about the featured wines.
