This edition of The Ecology Center’s popular farm-to-table food event features a custom designed menu by Chef Debra Sims in collaboration with Soledad Goats, highlighting fresh, in season ingredients!
To celebrate the seasonal shift and the abundant harvest it brings, we invite you to enjoy a spring brunch in the garden! Community Table is a unique, farm-to-table dining experience set in the courtyard of The Ecology Center.
It’s a special opportunity to highlight and celebrate local, seasonal, and organic food, plus the local individuals responsible for growing and producing it. By choosing to eat local food, you’re taking action to create a better food system with healthy food, farms, people, and environment.
This special event features a custom designed menu by a renowned chef in collaboration with a local farmer or purveyor. Join us for a family-style supper, drinks, and live music in an outdoor setting amidst Orange County’s only family-run organic farm!

Soledad Goats
The Sanctuary at Soledad Goats is a working goat farm and animal rescue. Their award winning-goat cheese is a favorite with customers at local farmers markets, as well as fine restaurants all over Southern California. All proceeds from the sale of our goat cheese goes to support the animals at The Sanctuary. Soledad Goats is one of the few animal rescues in Southern California accepting livestock animals. Some go to work for them, others simply join the family and enjoy the easy life. The farm has a strict “No Kill” policy.
