Eureka!, a growing family of restaurants that proudly serves an authentic American culinary and beverage experience, is expanding in Orange County with the addition of its second location. The All-American restaurant offers guests an elevated dining experience in a contemporary rustic setting complete with 40 American craft beers on tap, small-batch whiskeys, and farm-to-table herb and citrus gardenwithin its latest location in Irvine opening on October 6, 2014. The newest and only full service-dining restaurant in the University Center provides thesurrounding community a trendy casual place to dine, drink, while enjoying special events throughout the week.

Irvine is an oasis exuberating an exciting ambiance while providing guests with exceptional hospitality, an innovative bar program, live music, sports programming, and a well- rounded dining experience for all to enjoy.”

The design of Eureka! Irvine embodies neoteric yet industrial aesthetics with a Zen influence. The main dining room is lit by 32 pendant-hanging lights and features a mesmerizing 22-feet infinity pool fountain lit by firestones. The modern restaurant incorporates Southern California-sourced design elements, such as tables and paneling locally handcrafted from reclaimed pre-war Old Growth Douglas fir, recycled steel, and North American pendant lights, hardwoods retrieved from historic barns, factories, and whiskey distilleries. The 190-seat restaurant features a main dining room comprised of an eclectic selection of sitting options including extra large booths, three industrial community tables, bar area, and an al fresco patio and garden featuring fresh herbs and citrus fruits to be used throughout the extensive bar program.

Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcasequality ingredients, local produce, and locally baked breads.The restaurant specializes in American classics with modern twists with its diverse selection of appetizers, signature plates including hand packed, vegetarian fed, hormone and antibiotic free all natural beef burgers in as well as delectable desserts.Menu highlights include theOsso Buco Ribletsfeaturing red wine braised pork, lightly tossed in a fire cracker aioli;theBone Marrow Burger with bone marrow porcini butter, charbroiled onion, mustard aioli, and an oven-roasted tomato; the All Day Breakfast Burrito which includes flat iron steak, potatoes, fried hen egg and ranchero sauce; a Slow-Roasted Beet Salad with toasted walnuts, apple, arugula, orange sections and watermelon pop rocks; andthe Goldengate Butterscotch Rum Puddingserved with a homemade whipping cream, caramel sauce, garnished with flaky sea salt for dessert.

Eureka! features 40 specialty craft beers, two wines on tap, and a selection of40-45 small batch American whiskeys sourced from artisans in California, Iowa, Kentucky, New York, Oregon, Texas and Utah in tribute of the 21st amendment outlawing prohibition.Additionally, a special off-menu selection features various hard-to-get and strictly allocated whiskeys like Pappy Van Winkle and offerings from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection available to the most discerning whiskey drinkers.
