Event Description:
Join nationally acclaimed Celebrity Chefs and 15 legendary wineries in an unforgettable dining experience. Your evening begins at the event’s reception where you will collect your bidder paddles, sample delicious bites from our sponsors and chefs and indulge at the Bubble Bar alongside a vast display of tray passed hors d’oeuvres.
At 6:30, the Live Auction begins where upwards of 25 magnificent wine lots will be sold. The auction is moderated by Master Sommelier Joseph Spellman. Auction proceeds benefit culinary and enology scholarships awarded by the American Institute of Wine & Food and the ChaÃne des Rôtisseurs.
At 7:30, guests are invited into the main dining area where you will be hosted by one of 15 prestigious wineries, each course expertly prepared by one of our Celebrity Chefs and paired with one of the wineries’ flagship vintages and varietals.
