Tree Lighting and Sand Sculpture Dedication
Sunday, November 30th | 4:30 p.m.

This year, NBA Legend and 2-time Hall of Famer Magic Johnson will serve as the Tree Lighting Ceremony’s emcee while Dana Point’s Mayor Lisa Bartlett will be hosting the Sand Sculpture Dedication.

During the festive evening, families can admire the massive 9-ton beach themed sand sculpture constructed in the lobby of the resort, visit Santa Claus himself, enjoy holiday entertainment, cookies, refreshments, and purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win exclusive St. Regis prizes! All proceeds from this year’s ticket raffle sales will go towards the Magic Johnson Foundation.

The ceremony is complimentary and open to the public, so all who wish to celebrate the start of the season may do so in good company and luxury.

New this year, a VIP reception with Magic Johnson before the tree lighting includes tray passed canapes, beer and wine, an exclusive viewing area of the evening’s festivities and a takeaway gift.VIP reception with Magic Johnson is $65 for adults, $25 for children.
