Holiday Event Luncheon Tables Go onSale

Don’t be missed at one of the biggest annual events in the Southern California meetings and incentive industry on Monday, December 8 & Tuesday, December 9, 2014. We invite you to be part of the 550+ qualified buyers and suppliers who will meet up at the beautiful Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa AND the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa for two days of wonderful events, activities and networking opportunities.

As in past years, sales and registration will be offered in two phases:

Phase 1 (Sales) For the purchase of luncheon tables, vendor tables and golf opportunities – will go live at 10:00amon Tuesday, September 23. Be ready to log on to www.sitesocal.com to make your purchases. This year, due to increasingly high demand and ballroom capacity, only one table per company is available. Luncheon tables always sell out in under an hour so there will be none available after this date. Phase 1 stays open until September 30, 2014 for vendor tables and golf options.

Please remember that you must be a current SITE member to purchase a luncheon table and you will need your membership number handy at the time of purchase. If you are not sure of your number, please contact 805-557-1111 well in advance.

Phase 2 (Registration & Sales) General registration and other purchase options opens at 10 00am on Tuesday, October 7. Be ready to log on to www.sitesocal.com to register and make your purchases. From this point forward everyone is invited to register, purchase tickets to extra events or sponsor additional items. This applies to everyone, including those who have purchased items during Phase 1.
