New Gastro Pub Restaurant Celebrates New Year’s Eve

Experience New Year’s Eve in a whole new way by joining Eats Kitchen & Bar’s inaugural New Year’s celebration at the new social center of Irvine. Make memories and be a part of history as you ring in the New Yearwith Executive Chef Jason Montelibano, who has hand-selected the menu and is putting all the stops out for a unique gastro pub-style holiday meal. After dinner, keep the party going into the late evening by listening to DJ spun tunes and dancing.

Dine at Eats for a memorable New Year’s Eve Dinner experience. Chef Jason Montelibano will prepare a four-course prix fixe feast. Each meal will be accompanied by a celebratory glass of champagne.

Seating One: 7:30 p.m. at $60 per person

Seating Two: 9:30 p.m. at $75 per person

First Course: Waldorf Salad or Lobster Bisque

Second Course: Squid Ink Pasta or Braised Beef Cheeks

Third Course: Dry-Aged Rib Eye or Baja Brown Grouper
