Culinary lessons from one of the country’s leading chefs, wine tastings with the finest vintners and stellar Western hospitality are on offer in 2015 at Montana’s Triple Creek Ranch, voted the World’s Best Hotel in theTravel + Leisure2014World’s Best Awards. In January, Triple Creek Ranch will debut their new Cooking School Vintner Weekends, which combine the very best elements of the popular Cooking School Weekends and Vintner Weekends. Guests will have an opportunity to enjoy ranch activities alongside legendary vintners in a relaxed atmosphere, developing their own culinary and oenological expertise at the Relais & Châteauxsanctuary that was ranked one of the Top 100 onConde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards 2014. All of these lively and enriching food and wine weekend activities are included in the nightly cabin rate at Triple Creek Ranch.
Cooking School Vintner Weekends In 2015, Triple Creek Ranch combines two of its most popular signature events by introducing Cooking School Vintner Weekends. During hands-on, fun and informational Cooking School Weekends, Chef Leatherman and his staff will share their personal approach to various culinary techniques, ranging from fish cookery, barbequing and grilling to classic braising and sauteing. The Executive Pastry Chef will lead guests in the creation of some favorite deserts while Sommelier Jeremy White will coach guests to expertly pair wine, beer and spirits.Partner vintners from Napa Valley’s Chateau Montelena and Oregon’s Et Fille wineries will join guests for cooking classes, and enrich this instruction with their own expertise. February 19 – 22 Et Fille, Oregon The father-daughter duo Howard Mozeico and Jessica Mozeico-Blair ofEt Fillewinery, located near Portland, Oregon are renowned for their award winning Pinot Noir. Vintner Weekends A unique opportunity for passionate oenophiles to focus exclusively on engaging with some of the world’s leading wine makers whose vintages are regularly featured in the Lodge.Vintner Weekends consistently exceed guest expectations.
