Josiah Citrin is the acclaimed chef/owner of French cuisine Melisse, which he opened in his native Santa Monica fifteen years ago, and co-owns Lemon Moon Cafe in Los Angeles. Early in his career he was mentored by Wolfgang Puck at Chinois on Main. He is the author of “In the Pursuit of Excellence,” has received two Michelin stars, Forbes Five-Stars and is a strong supporter of the Farmers’ Market in Santa Monica.
