What: 1st place WIN in the 2015 American Culinary Federation’s Western Regional Student Team Competition!!!
Where: College Of Southern Nevada, Cheyenne Campus, Las Vegas, Nevada
When: Saturday March 21, 2015
Why: Because the OCC team got the top score and a Golden Medal, beating out 6 other teams.
Very close scoring about 1 point apart between 1st and 2nd .

3 – Utah – Silver
4 – Hawaii – Silver
5 – Colorado Bronze
6- Oregon Bronze
Now What?
The Team will begin practicing next week and start preparing 24 portions of a “signature 4 course meal” in late May. The Team travels to the National Student Team Championship in Orlando this July where they will face the other three regional winners.
