New Belgium Beer Dinner – Haven Gastropub – Orange

New Belgium has partnered with The Ecology Centerto promote sustainability in our local community.

Haven Chef de Cuisine Craig Brady &Executive Chef Greg Danielshave paired New Belgium beers with delicious and creative dishes:

Mussels, red curry, fries
New Belgium Oatmeal IPA

Pork Belly, grits, duck egg
New Belgium Slow Ride

Beer Float, root beer ice cream
New Belgium Cocoa Mole

We will be sourcing as much of the dinner locally as possible,
with the help of The Ecology Center’s resources,
and through our own developed relationships with local farmers and ranchers.

The dinner is priced at $45 per guest and 10% of ticket sales will be donated to The Ecology Center.
