Game Day Sports Lounges at the Pelican Hill Resort are inspired by the 2012 Summer Olympics Games in London into creating all new dishes that tie in nicely with the events being broadcasted. Both the Pelican Grill and Coliseum Pool and Grill are unveiling new menu items while showing full coverage of the Olympic games. Some dishes you might expect to see are the “Diving Scallops,” “Butterfly Swimming Prawns,” “Judo Tossed Salad,” and “Handball Open-Faced Sandwich.” These new menu items will run from July 27 through August 12, the duration of the Olympic games.
