118 Degrees – Costa Mesa Chef Jenny Ross brought new life to the Anaheim community as she opened her second location in the vegan-specialty restaurant family. Opened on July 30, the new 118 Degrees – Costa Mesa Community Cafe features large seating and outdoor patio area and great hours, open 6am to 7pm daily. The grand unveiling had another surprise when Ross revealed that a third 118 Degrees – Costa Mesa location would be opening its doors in mid-August in Laguna Niguel.
“After building a strong clientele and reputation with our 118 Degrees – Costa Mesa concept over the last five years, we are excited to expand to be more accessible to residents in North County and South County,” comments Chef Ross. “My goal has always been to empower the community by offering a fun and healthy alternative: fresh, organic living cuisine, in a comfortable atmosphere that is inviting and educational. I am confident that our new locations will provide an experience that is one to share with family and friends.”
Ross’s goal is to bring healthy, wholesome, and raw foods that flush the body of toxins acquired by consuming processed or heavy foods to Southern California. Ross also puts a big emphasis on family, community and the need to come together as one for healthy living.
