Kick off the Creole Tomato Festival in style and help support the development of future farmers’ markets at the French Market in New Orleans! The historic French Market transforms into an elegant dinner setting on Wednesday, June 10th, when Justin Devillier, Executive Chef of La Petite Grocery and Balise, and a team of award-winning chefs including Slade Rushing, Executive Chef Brennan’s; Vishwesh Bhatt, Corporate Chef of City Grocery Restaurant Group (Oxford, MS); Rebecca Wilcomb, Chef de Cuisine of Herbsaint; and Kristen Essig, Executive Chef of Meauxbar, come together to prepare a family-style dinner reflecting fresh local, seasonal food. A cocktail reception featuring handcrafted cocktails by Cane & Table will begin the evening, mixed with handcrafted vodkas by Cathead Vodka. The event celebrates the culinary traditions that the French Market represent. Proceeds will support the development of the current and future farmers markets at the French Market.
