La Jolla, CA Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has named Steven Chung as Chef Partner of Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, La Jolla.A 27-year veteran in the restaurant industry, he previously served as Executive Chef for The Capital Grille at The Beverly Center in Los Angeles.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, La Jolla, is located in the Aventine Center, across the courtyard from the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Open nightly for dinner, Fleming’s, La Jolla hours are Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 5 to 11 p.m.
