It will be two years November 2015 since Roe Seafood (fka Roe Restaurant and Fish Market) on 2nd street in Belmont Shore shuttered. It’s great to hear that they’re coming back and bringing the original Chef/Partner Arthur Gonzalez as the menu/culinary consultant. After serious negotiations new investor Rod Frontino, who owns nearby Dogz Bar and Grill and the stubborn landlord Paul Nikolau have finally come to an agreement.
