Salt & Ash just opened in November 2016. A family-owned restaurant, Salt & Ash is headed by a husband-and-wife team who have over 23 years combined experience in the restaurant industry.

We bring our experience and knowledge for food and beverage, combined with our love for genuine hospitality to our family centric restaurant. We have both been classically trained in French techniques, though throughout our careers we have developed a sincere love for flavors from around the world and ingredients that we can source locally.
