Wolfgang Puck Dill Cream. A delicious bast for their Smoked Salmon Caviar Pizza
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C Sour cream
3 T Shallots – minced
2 T Fresh dill leaves – chopped
1 1/2 T Lemon juice – freshly squeezed
1/4 t Freshly ground white pepper
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use
