Northgate Markets and the Idaho Potato Commission aim to beat the current World record set back in October 2012 in a Canadian supermarket that had 92,500 lbs. of Prince Edward Island Potatoes in their display. This new world record for the largest potato display is looking to be just over 100,000 lbs. of Idaho Potatoes!
