Anniversary Party

A year ago, Wursthaus opened with a dream of introducing drunken fries, European brews, and 24 unconventional sausages to Santa Ana’s East End. “This past year has been such a wonderful year opening Wurtshaus in Downtown Santa Ana. We’ve had a blast meeting lots of new friendly faces and making our guests happy with our signature brats and beer selection,” exclaims co-owners Gabriel and Georgina Ruiz.

On Saturday, March 5th, the Wursthaus team will be celebrating the successes of the past year (including being voted OC Weekly’s Best Hot Dog) by welcoming all their loyal patrons to bring a friend and indulge in an offer that’s almost too good to be true. Wursthaus playfully offers that if you ‘bring a brat, you get a brat.’  The brat you bring could be your wife, husband, friend, cousin, or mom and when you buy a brat, they’ll get their signature smoked brat, made with pork, spices and paprika, for free! That’s right, your brat equals one of Wursthaus’ signature smoked brats from 5pm to midnight!

Standouts on the menu include their smoked bratwurst sprinkled with paprika and spices or for the more adventurous exotic sausages like hickory smoked wild boar. Guests are also encouraged to try a serving of one of Wursthaus’ other signature dishes, because no one can pass up a serving of Drunken Fries topped with haus andalouse sauce and onions caramelized in IPA beer. Wash it down with one of twenty imported Belgium draughts, and come join the party until midnight!
