Hiya: A golden ale brewed with puffed red rice & fermented with Sake yeast.

Hooya: An American Strong Ale brewed with dates & figs, aged in Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrels for 8 months.

Baltic Stout: An Imperial Stout aged on vanilla beans, cocoa nibs & coffee beans.

Blind Man’s Bluff – Robusto: Med. Strength, sweet spice notes of caramel & nutmeg with a smooth & creamy texture.

Long Live The King – Petit Double Wide Short Churchill: Full Strength, up-front notes of black pepper, graham cracker sweetness & creaminess that rounds off.
