Join us for an exclusive dining experience as Chef Greg Daniels of Haven Gastropub, and the Orange County Wine Society, prepare a 4-course wine-paired dinner held in Centennial Farm’s Millennium Barn at the OC Fair & Event Center.
Enjoy wine tasting and private guided tours of Centennial Farm, followed by a 4-course dining experience inside The Red Barn.
Tickets are $150 per person and include dinner, wine, parking, tax and gratuity. Sorry, no menu substitutions can be made. Tickets available via Ticketmaster only.
For the October 1 event the menu will feature:
- First Course: Focaccia with cultured butter and a salad composed of Centennial Farm lettuces, heirloom tomatoes, Breakfast radish and creamy mustard vinaigrette
- Second Course: Pumpkin gratin
- Third Course: Herb-crusted leg of lamb with jus and celery root puree, onions, and grilled eggplant
- Fourth Course: Rye whiskey apple tart with whipped mascarpone and sheep’s milk yogurt
