Grass-fed Prime Rib
These delicious heritage-breed, organic turkeys and ducks are fully free-range and raised without any hormones or antibiotics. The organic beef and bison are grass-fed 100% of the time. This means no grain ever. They aren’t just “grass finished,” they spend their whole lives eating the grass they were designed to.
We’ve added each of these items to our website so that you can pay a partial amount (about half) in order to reserve the item(s) you would like. Pick-up dates are set for Friday, November 18th and Saturday, November 19th at Fermentation Farm. Please note that this partial amount is non-refundable and if you do not pick-up your order on one of these days, you will forfeit your order.
