25 years ago, Pascal Le Vettet embarked on a long adventure called “Bonjour Cafe”, not expecting that they would be talking about it today, but certainly happy that they became a staple in this part of the world! They’ve been through three remodelings, many menu changes, hired many great employees and of course, won the loyalty of dozens of regulars who found them as their home away from home. Despite all the new trends in the food industry they stayed focused with their original goal, bringing a slice of Parisian Bistro food, ambiance and service. Their fresh ingredients and great recipes brought thousands of customers who have turned into regulars as well as extended family! Thank you Pascal and Sandy!
Cheers to Bonjour Cafe on their 25th Anniverary!

Pascal’s Story
When I moved to the United States, I found one thing was sorely lacking: French Bistros. Great fancy French restaurants existed but not enough casual places with French flavor, quality you can taste, ambiance which allows you to relax and prices that are recession proof. I simply replicated what we experienced in the streets of Paris and what appealed to so many Americans traveling through France. Using the same high quality ingredients and techniques that Bistro chefs have used for generations, we bring you daily the best breakfast and lunch in town. From our modest 1992 beginnings with little room and no employees, we have grown through 3 remodelings, a 500 sq. ft. kitchen, and 15 employees. Passionate about creating without compromising, we won the loyalty of thousands of customers as well as a long time staff who have done a superb and consistant job. I invite you to explore our website and discover why we have been recognized by many as “zee place for breakfast and lunch.” Make sure to check our website from time to time as we unveil new services and update our menus.
Merci,
Pascal
